General Details
Colette was very easy to set up an appointment with. She either answers herself or a voicemail message directs you to her secretary, a pleasant fellow who is very helpful. Colette answered when I called and she was very nice in her conversation with me. We set up a date for a Sunday evening at my hotel which was close to the airport.
