General Details

I could not pass up meeting Colette after reading the reviews. The appointment process is very professional and careful. She uses an appointments secretary, who is very polite and attentive. A fair amount of emailing and phone calls, but not at all offputting. I brought a bottle of wine to an 11 a.m. appointment and we opened it immediately. Good start.
