Called and spoke to the lady doing the scheduling and requested to see Sunny. She said Sunny wasn't available but Celine was. So I scheduled an hour to see Sunny. Showed up at nice apartment complex, was texted directions and the security code to get in. Overall not happy and won't repeat. VIP's read on.
