Review: Cleo

General Details

I had contacted Cleo a few months before but we hadn't managed to coincide. When I saw she had returned to DC I wrote and then called her. She called back and we arranged to meet the next day at her hotel in Virginia. She told me to go to a place nearby and call her when I got there. I did, and she then told me the address of the hotel. I went up to her room and a very tanned Latina-Hawaiian answered the door. For non VIPS, she is definitely worth visiting. I will try to see her again.
