During my visit to NOLA, I scheduled an hour GFE at Cleo's incall location right off of St. Charles. We got in contact via text.
It was very hard to meet her and there were a few red flags that told me I should have paid the deposit:
1. It was very difficult to get a hold of her and set a time as she took so long to reply and commit to a time. Several times she canceled on me and asked to postpone.
2. She asked for a deposit and gave no inclination of returning it.
In the end, Cleo flaked on me after I arrived at her location. She canceled our appointment and pocketed my deposit.
I would not recommend this provider.
