General Details

It was easy to set up an appointment by following the directions through email. I received the confirms by email and the location on the morning of my appointment by text. I was running a few minutes late and called to let her know, but I was the first appointment of the day, so there was no real issue. I had the room number as soon as I arrived and rushed upstairs for an amazing morning. As I knocked on the door, there was a long delay before the door slowly opened.
