Tried to connect with Claudia on two of her previous visits but our schedules didn't click. She emailed me the dates of her last tour and we were finally able to schedule something.
On the day of the meeting, I got a text confirmation from her assistant. Claudia was stuck in traffic going back to the hotel and she was running late, but her assistant kept me posted. After around 25 minutes delay, I got the green light. All I can say is it was totally worth it. I would recommend Claudia heartily.
