I called to set up an appointment with Cindy the day before I wanted to meet her. It took several calls to set up the appointment (not sure why given that I used the agency in the past). It then took 3 more calls (confirm in a.m., confirm on the way, and call when I'm there) to get to her room, but it was worth it. VIPs read on.
