As usual, I am greatful to have TER available to really pre-screen providers as much as possible through their profiles and reviews. I had been following reviewers on Cindy’s profile for a while. Finally decided to check her out. Emailed her my TER info and references and left a VM for her, she texted back she was out of town. When she returned a few days later, she sent me a text notice.
