At first I debated weather or not to write a review for Ciera. She obviously doesn't need any. But then I knew I had to, so all the hobbyists in MN could read about this true GFE/PSE. NO BS with this woman, NO YMMV. She'll treat you like a rockstar, and you will leave with a big ass grin on your face...
