General Details

I went to her website and made initial contact via email with all the infor requested. Reply was prompt and had appointment well in advance. Phoned morning of appointment to confirm and get location of hotel. Got there and was asked to wait in bar 15-20 minutes due to conf call for online school and said it would not affect out time. Got callback right on time and told to come on up.....
