Christel schedules only 30 minutes in advance, so you must be ready to go when you contact her. Easy to set up, all by text. Gave address with good directions to parking space. Texted when I arrived, she replied with Buiding and Apartment number. Friendly hug hello then showed me where to put donation. We each got comfortable in her living room, nice clean, open room with a couple of comfortable, covered sofas...I will repeat.
