A beautiful blonde who gradually takes her clothes off as the session heats up. Definitely a CMT. Really knows how to massage and does massage. Others have noted that the sessions tend not to be the full hour. this is true but they don't feel rushed at all and everything gets done. on my second visit, I took a shower after and did not feel any pressure to get it over with quickly. the bathroom is spotless, the water was warm and I left feeling better than when I arrived.

It's nice to watch her gracefully move around the table, at first scantily clad, then not wearing anything. I don't normally like it when a woman puts her hair up but Phoebe wore hers in a ponytail and it looked damned good.

scheduling is by email; phoebe uses a scheduler who is very responsive and does light reference checking.
