Review: Chloe Carter

General Details

Chloe has been on my radar for quite some time. I was thrilled to discover on the TER ads that she was coming to visit DC at the exact same time I was planning to be in town. Verification was a breeze and very quick through P411. I booked a 2 hour incall visit. She appeared very sweet and humble in both her confirmation and her correspondence before we met.

A few hours before we were supposed to meet, she realized there was a glitch with scheduling my appointment, and she called me. It almost meant that I would not be able to spend an adequate amount of time with her. But to my relief, she called back just a few minutes later, and we worked out a 90 minute visit, which turned out to be fine.

For you guys too cheap to buy VIP, you're probably not going to want to fork out her donation either. But she is top-notch, just like all the other reviews before this one have stated, and she comes highly recommended.
