General Details

After a lot of research on TER, this was the experience I had to try. Emailed Chloe about 4 days in advance through her personal website. Within 24 hours had email back from Angie, her assistant, confirming that Chloe was available at the time I requested. Gave me instructions to call her when I arrived at a specific location at my appointment time. Got there on time, called Angie who picked right up. Said she would call Chloe to make sure she was ready. Called me back within 2 minutes and I was on my way. Couldn't have been easier and more professional.
