Chelsea is new to philly had had to see her right away, her best asset is her face which is hidden in pics, but she is gorgeous and young looking, sexy blond with a curvy athletic frame, she met me in a hoody outside and looked young, although she really is 23 or 24, so young looking with real exp. We went up to her apt, she met me outside which i thought was cool as she is very careful about who gets in her apt.
