I saw that Chelsea was coming to my city so I immediately booked her. I've used the agency before so booking was a cinch. She met me at the door in a very plain black skirt and jacket which was a little dissappointing considering her pics. She is the gal in the pics and turns out she's from Canada but has the charm of the best Southern Belle. Would I repeat? Perhaps. VIP's read on.
