General Details
I have seen Charlotte's ad several times and finally decided to go for it. Glad I did. Emailed and got a quick response from her scheduler, Ava. Gave the necessary information which included a selfie. Set up the time and got the location which I had been to a while ago. Got street parking (with quarters) and went in. Charlotte was sitting there waiting for me. Went up stairs, she had me wash my hands, and the fun began.
