Met Charlotte in the lobby of a mid-range hotel on the East side of manhattan after initial screening was complete. Charlotte was happy to see me and made me feel immediately comfortable. One of the hottest and sunniest days of the year so once we got in the room, we sat and chatted and basked in the AC for about 20 minutes. Conversation was easy and flowed quickly.
