Review: Charlotte Nightingale

General Details

I met Charlotte on a weekday evening and she came to visit me in my hotel. I saw that she had been posting ads on TER, and that she had slowly been getting reviews. Each of her reviewers had a decent review history so I figured she was safe, even though her website was de minimus and she was not on any of the prominent verification sites.
