Charlotte was great to work with in setting up a time to meet. My schedule changed a couple days before getting to town, and she was great about the switch. We met at my downtown hotel, and she was right on time. The elevator required key access, but she navigated it creatively without me needing to go down and get her, something that would have been tricky.
Non-VIPs, if you are looking for a very friendly, put you at ease, mature companion, Charlotte is a good choice.
