Review: Chanel LaBelle / Shiva

General Details

I first saw Chanel four years ago, within the first year of my being in the hobby. She was definitely the best experience I had in that year, was the first provider I ever repeated with and have seen once or twice a year since then whenever she visited DC on tour. Now that she has permanently relocated here, my wallet is in very serious trouble! Believe the hype. She's great at what she does.
