General Details

The person who does the booking (Olga) is one of the most helpful people you could hope to encounter. She is a very nice person so it was a real pleasure to deal with her. Chai is the same -- warm, friendly and interested in leaving you happy. The combination made the whole booking process the best I've ever experienced. It's the way the whole experience ought to be.
