Having been burned by out of town agency talent recently, I decided to look-up one of the local ladies. I had been thinking about meeting Celine and when I found some extra time on my hands, I quickly jumped on the opportunity. My only regret was not doing this sooner. Her screening procedure is easy and after a few emails, we set up an appointment. Her incall location is on Capitol Hill, in a very nice residential area.
