I had so much about Celine on TER, I had to visit one of DC's VIP - Celine was quick to call me back after I left her a message. Very nice to talk to. She said she was very busy but managed ti fit me in the next day. One thing you must be prepared for if you live in (MD) suburbia like me, it is a trek to get to her location. Went to the door...
