General Details
I was on business in Miami and as normal I sent out a few e mails before I arrived in town. Cecy replied and asked me to call her which I did. A little confusion on the phone due to her accent and a cell signal that wasn't great but we made arrangements to meet up at my hotel in the afternoon. She was slightly late due to the traffic but kept me well informed.
