After seeing her positive reviews and hot pics, I called her while in Miami for an outcall. While the language barrier was a little difficult, the overall experience is awesome. Every provider should spend some time with Cecy to see how a true professional handles herself. Hell yes I will repeat if/when I get back to Miami. If you want to see someone that is beautiful, wants to please you and loves her job, call her. She is the definition of the GFE.
