Can't remember where I found Cecilia. I believe it was Eros. I had missed her the last time she came to my area but requested her on IG so I would know when she came back again. When I found that she was going to be in Skokie, I immediately DMed her, saying I was interested in seeing her, and she told me to message me when she arrives, which I did. I asked if she had a TER ID and she said she did not, which kinda got me suspicious at first, but her IG had a lot of followers and she appeared to travel a lot so I trusted her.
