Had looked at Cece's review for years, she was always near the top of my list, but I get more chances than traveling than in the area. Also, she prefers outcall, so I had not pulled the trigger. She was also unavailable for several months recently. Finally, had the place to myself and contacted Cece. Exchanged a few notes, but I wanted to get to talk to her first.
