On a trip to Baltimore a while back I did my usual research and decided to see Cece based on her great reviews. She was only doing outcalls for 90 minute or more appointments. 60 minutes is usually enough for me, but I didn't have transportation, so scheduled the 90 minutes. I was very glad I did. Brief summary for the non-VIPers - Cece is absolutely worth seeing. She's very pretty, had a nice body, and the experience was absolutely top-notch. For everyone else, read on.
