Called for appointment and Cat asked for references. My TER username was good enough. Easy to set appointment. Standard two call system. I arrived at her condo about 10 minutes early and she was not ready. She asked a favor and wanted me to pick up a six pack of beer. I did and got back at the scheduled time. Called again and she gave me the condo number. I arrived nd was met by a very pretty woman wearing a pink night gown. She then offered to pay for the beer. I declined but she put $in my pocket.
