Easy to get in contact with Catalina, but she has a pretty intense screening process. After going back and forth about my contacts and then a misunderstanding about the amount of time I was booking, I was a little frazzled on my way to meet her but was still excited from all the glowing revues she has on TER. When I finally arrived I was a little disappointed, and I don't think I'll repeat.
