I had read Casey's consistent ratings in TER and had been trying to hook up. She works mostly in weekends and our schedules were not working out, finally I got to see her yesterday, on a Friday. She is super customer focused and finally accommodated a Friday just for my sake - that speaks volume of her attitude.
