General Details

Carter had been on my radar for quite sometime. Either our schedules did not match up or one of us would have to cancel at the last minute. She emailed me out of the blue and let me know she was unexpectedly was in Raleigh and had availability if I wanted to meet. I jumped at the chance. All I can say is that her stellar reviews are not wrong. Anytime she is in your area and you have the chance, do not hesitate to see her. I plan to see her whenever I can.
