General Details

I have seen Carnel Devine on many post and TER previously and was always intrigued. When I saw she was available in my area I contacted her via E-mail with my references and she immediately set up a meeting date. She even sent an expectation list and direction for the arrival of the date. I arrived to the upscale hotel she called me and gave me the room number, upon entering the room she had taken every attempt to make it inviting and comfortable.
