My experience shows you that sometimes the chemistry just isn't right even with the most highly rated provider.

The communication prior to the session was flawless. For a relatively young independent, Carmen does a great job with the screening and scheduling. Through a last minute circumstance, she needed to reschedule but she was proactive about finding a time and offering me a discount for my inconvenience. I give her an A+ for the way she runs her business . .
