General Details

A lot has been said about Carmen and how difficult it is to schedule - not for me. Her new system worked better then the average. Call her scheduler and see for yourself. I called an hour before the meeting to confirm and was given the location and instructed to call when I arrived. I arrived early and waited until it was time, called and was given room number. For all those who are questioning your resolve to see her - if you don't - that's ok with me - will make scheduling easier for me... But you won't know what your missing....
