I contacted Carmen right after she placed her ad. Although it was a few weeks out, I went ahead and got screened which was very seemless and painless. We emailed a few times as the weeks went by leading up to our appointment.The day before I receiveid the hotel info. And a two-call system go me to her door. Non-VIPS......I highly recommend.
