I had seen Caramel Starr once before and she was absolutely amazing. We keep in touch about whenever she's in town and unfortunately the last few times, we have just missed each other so it was nice to hear that she was going to be in DC when I was able to meet up with her. She's the best provider I've ever been with and I cannot recommend her enough. Go see her whenever she's around.
