No pain no gain (NPNG) Candy is the sweet treat you want (there are several Candy's in the area, look for NPNG).
As others have said, massage is great - Thai style with lots of stretching.
Attentive service after the massage, lots of options. VIP read on, others - would enthusiastically recommend.
