Went to Candy a few times, and every time, her quality of service degrades rapidly. I really hoped that I found a good provider who doesn't haggle but gives out great services. Her massages used to be CMT quality (she said she was trained in California, and is an actual CMT). But, all used to be. Now a days, she keeps pushing for upgrades that aren't even worth it.
