General Details

Standard two call system and call 1 hour before time to get first directions. I told her I lived farther than than that and agreed could call 15 minutes earlier than that. She must have forgot since the phone was on recorder and could not get directions till 10 minutes too late to get there on time. I have have had this problem a lot and wish providers would listen up and write it down when advised if this situation.
