Caitlin works in greater DC/NOVA but lives out of area. Had had to cancel an appointment with her earlier this month because of an unforeseen schedule conflict, and then she had to cancel our re-sked because of an emerging issue of hers. Persistence paid off, and we were finally able to connect. Am very glad we did; VIPs read on.
