General Details

You've heard of the 2-call system. Well, in this case Liza used what might be called the 5-call system. I made the appointment, called at the agreed time. Told to call back in 15 minutes. Called back in 15 minutes told to call back in about 5 minutes. Called back in 10 minutes. Still not ready. Told to call back in another 5 minutes. I did. Finally ready - 30 minutes late.
