My life in the hobby world focuses on the mature PTA mom next door. But every once in awhile, I venture back in time. All too often I leave such an experience thinking of that all adage, that youth is wasted on the young.
My time with 22 year old Bonnie is one of those rare exceptions. She truly is a remarkable human being with wisdom beyond her years. She is a small town girl with great aspirations, a clear plan to achieve those goals and a head on her shoulders that should get here there (and you to Nirvana...). She is very relaxed and open and sincere. She is also strikingly beautiful.
My advice to you is simple. See her. See her as often as you can. Be kind. Be supportive.
