General Details

I saw Blak's ad on a local board. I checked her web site and TER reviews. I E mailed her. She is very careful as to who she sees. I had to provide a provider reference which I obtained and once that was cleared, we talked on the phone. She sounded pleasant on the phone, so we made an appointment for the next day.
