I contacted Susan by email the day before I wanted to set up the date. She got right back to me and we set up a time for the following day. She texted me the next day and I got directions. A Red Roof in south of Boston. When I got there I texted her and she gave me the room number and asked if I liked white wine. For non VIPs worth the price.
