I had read great things about BI and had never used an agency before, but Bethany's pics sucked me in and I couldn't pass it up. BI was great (standard two call with pre-screening...screening makes everyone uncomfortable but it really is for safety and was a breeze). After a call to agency and a short wait I was given the room number and went right up.
