Review: Belle / Whisper

General Details

Day 1 in LV - I had prearranged to meet another reviewed provider at 9pm but she did not show up (which she apologized the next morning due to emergency…). So I called Zack (100 proof agency). He did a quick screening since he knew my contacts he gave a green light for Whisper, what a night saver. BTW I wanted to prearrange for Whisper but she had taken a short break so when I searched the 100 proof, Whisper was back. Non VIP's first you must become TER VIPs – lot of helpful juicy info (I don’t see anyone without good reviews) and then you must see Whisper.
