I am honored to write this first review of Bella for TER. Bella, as I found out later in the evening, has only been a provider for 2 weeks.
I was fortunate to find her posting on CL. No TER review, but I took a chance. I called her, she picked up right away. She arrived an hour later right on time at my hotel.
